One Stop Moving & Storage offers full service storage solutions that makes storing your possessions convenient, flexible and affordable. Our experienced and professional moving teams can pick up any items that need to be stored and will wrap them in professional-grade, padded moving blankets and transport them to a centralized storage facility. All of your items will remain wrapped in the protective padding while they are in storage. When you need your items to be delivered to you, just give us a call and let us know what day, time and address you would like your items to be delivered. Your moving team will deliver your items to any room of the house and position them (and re-position them) until you know exactly where you want everything to be located in your new space. We’re also happy to help you reassemble any furniture and unpack!

What size storage do I need?

With living spaces becoming more economic in size and the frequency with which people move, the need for a constant storage space is increasing. It makes sense to keep your seasonal items, family heirlooms and other items that you aren’t using on a regular basis in one location that is safe and secure, rather than having to pack it up, relocate it, and unpack it every few years.  A centralized storage space will allow you to free up your daily living space to be the functional and uncluttered space it was meant to be.

The size and cost of the storage space that you’ll need will depend on how many items need to be stored and the size of those items. While this can be difficult to assess on your own, there are a few general guidelines that can help, and as always, we can send a professional estimator to your space to view the items that you need and give you a written estimated quote.

When viewing the sizing and pricing structures below, please keep in mind that we are a full service storage solution. Full service includes:

  • No liability or extra paperwork for you to fill out
  • No separate contract with a third party self-storage company
  • An itemized inventory list of everything that is in your storage unit
  • Most importantly, our professional packing and moving team is able to safely fit many more items into each space than the average self-storage recommendations.

This small storage space is the size of a small walk-in closet. With full service storage, this size can typically hold the contents of a small studio apartment.

With a self-storage unit, this size is only recommended for the furnishings of a mid-sized bedroom.

10×10 $245/month

This is about the size of half of a one car garage. With full service storage, this size can typically hold a large one bedroom apartment or a small 2 bedroom apartment.

With a self-storage unit, this can hold a family room, or 2 bedrooms.

10×15 $335/month

This is about the size of a one car garage. With full service storage, this can hold a 2 bedroom apartment or a small 3 bedroom house.

With a self-storage unit, this can hold only 3 bedrooms worth of items and large appliances.

10×20 $395/month

This is a little bit larger than a one car garage. With full service storage, this can hold the contents of an entire 3 or 4 bedroom house.

With a self-storage unit, this can hold a 2 or 3 bedroom house.

10×25 $465/month

This is larger than a one car garage. With full service storage, this can hold the contents of a 4 bedroom house, including a garage and outdoor furniture.

With a self-storage unit, this can hold a 3 bedroom house with appliances and a garage.

10×30 $540/month

This is the size of a garage and a half. With full service storage, this can hold a 5 bedroom house, including a garage and outdoor furniture.

With a self-storage unit, this can hold a 3-5 bedroom house.

Inventory Storage Process

It’s comforting and convenient to have a list of items that are in your centralized storage space. This will help you to be able to plan for seasonal trips and holidays, as well as ensure you receive all of your items back out of storage when you need them. Our full service storage solutions include an itemized list of all the items that are picked up from your location and put into their storage space. A copy of this list is given to you. When items are delivered from their storage space, this list is used to count out all of the items back into your possession.  We utilize a color coded and numbering system during our inventory so you’ll be able to identify each item easily on the list, as well as what is in front of you.

If at any time while your items are in storage and you need a specific subset of boxes or items delivered to you (seasonal boxes of decorations or sporting equipment for example), we can reference this inventory list to make sure we identify everything you need and have it delivered to you! Just call us at any time and let us know what items you need and when you need them delivered and we can have those items brought right to you! When you’re done with them, we will be happy to pick them back up and bring them back to your storage space for you. This service is available at our standard hourly rates and a 4 hour minimum.
