Site survey and plan
We walk both spaces, count workstations, note dock, elevator and parking constraints and deliver a written plan with the price.

Building coordination
COIs sent to both property managers, elevators and docks reserved, a move-day contact for each building and a labeling scheme for staff.

Pack, label and move
Crates and cartons delivered ahead, files and equipment packed and labeled by user, then moved in the agreed sequence, usually after hours.

Install and punch list
Workstations reassembled, furniture placed to plan, debris removed and a walk-through with you before the first employee arrives.

How much does an office move in San Diego cost?
Small offices move hourly at $129 per hour for two movers and a truck plus $50 per hour per additional mover, after hours or on weekends at the same rate. Larger relocations and FF&E installations are quoted as a flat project price after a free site survey, with the COI, dock and elevator coordination included.
Can you move us at night or over a weekend?
Yes. Most office moves run Friday evening through Sunday or in phases by department so staff arrive Monday to working desks. Evening and weekend crews cost the same hourly rate.
Do you provide a certificate of insurance for our building?
Yes. We issue COIs naming your current and new buildings the same business day, meeting the $1M general liability and workers’ compensation limits property managers require.
Do you install furniture and workstations?
Yes. Our FF&E crews receive, stage, assemble and level workstations, benching systems, desks, casegoods and conference furniture, route cables and run a punch list with your vendor or general contractor.
Do you handle employee relocations for companies?
Yes. Company-paid relocations are billed directly to the employer with itemized invoices; employees paying out of pocket get the same all-inclusive hourly or flat-rate pricing with receipts for reimbursement.
Can you store furniture between offices?
Yes. Palletized commercial storage with inventory at our San Diego facility holds overflow furniture, files and equipment during a build-out, with redelivery when the space is ready.
