3. Label for faster sorting
Pick a method: by room, by heir or by category; use colored tape for destinations (for example blue for storage); keep an ‘open first’ box for the receiving home; write destination notes on large furniture.
4. Coordinate access and rules
Reserve elevators or docks at condos and senior communities; confirm truck parking; notify property managers or realtors of the date and duration; tell us about narrow stairs, long carries or gated access.
