Delivering in Los Angeles

Which Los Angeles neighborhoods do you deliver to?

We deliver to every neighborhood in the City of Los Angeles and to the 88 cities of LA County, from Long Beach to Santa Clarita. What changes the plan is access: parking for a full-size truck, high-rise freight elevators, hillside streets and HOA move hours. Tell us about both buildings when you book.

Los Angeles neighborhoods

Downtown LAHigh-rise towers: book the loading dock and freight elevator with the building, and send us its certificate-of-insurance rules before move day.
Santa Monica and VeniceTight streets and permit parking. Tell us where a full-size truck can stand; walk distance changes the crew plan.
Hollywood HillsSteep, narrow, winding roads. A smaller shuttle truck may be needed and is listed on your quote.
Koreatown and Mid-WilshireOlder apartment buildings, many without loading docks; we confirm elevator use and move hours with the manager.
Sherman Oaks and Studio CitySan Fernando Valley houses with driveways, usually the easiest LA access.
Manhattan, Hermosa and Redondo BeachWalk streets and alleys near the sand: the truck parks at the end of the block and we carry from there.
Long Beach and PasadenaOlder homes and downtown towers. No stair fees, at either end.
Glendale, CANot to be confused with Glendale, Arizona, which has its own page.

Plan ahead

What should I plan for when moving to Los Angeles?

Plan three things for an LA move: where the truck parks, what the building requires, and when you cross the 5 and the 405. Give us both addresses and the building’s move rules at least 2 weeks out so the quote, the elevator booking and the arrival window line up.

Los Angeles checklist

ParkingStreet space for a full-size truck is the most common LA problem. Ask your building about loading zones; check with the city if you need temporary no-parking signs.
Building rulesHOAs and high-rises set move hours, elevator bookings and insurance certificates. We carry $1M general liability.
TrafficRush hour on the I-5 and I-405 is slow for a loaded truck; ask for an early start.
Your addressUpdate USPS, the DMV and your utilities. You keep your California license and plates; only the address changes.
