Is my vehicle stored indoors?
Cars, motorcycles, and golf carts are stored in covered, climate-controlled space. Larger boats, RVs, travel trailers and utility trailers are placed in covered or secured lot positions depending on length — we’ll confirm the exact placement on your quote.
Do you offer a military discount?
Yes. Active-duty service members receive a discounted rate on vehicle storage. Mention your status when you request a quote and we’ll apply it.
Can someone else pick up my vehicle while I’m deployed?
Yes. Add authorized contacts to your file at intake, or send a power of attorney. We verify identity before any release.
Will my battery be dead when I return?
For holds over about 60 days we recommend a battery tender, which we can connect for you. Without one, expect a jump-start may be needed — tell us your return date and we’ll have the vehicle ready.
