HOAs and certificates of insurance
Most condo towers and many HOA communities require a COI naming the building before movers can use the elevator or dock. We issue it the same business day and coordinate the move-in window with the property manager.
Hillside and canyon access
Mission Hills, La Mesa, Del Cerro and much of North County have steep driveways and long walks to the street. Tell us when you book so we send the right truck and crew count, and no stair or long-carry fee ever applies.
Parking downtown and at the coast
Downtown, Little Italy, North Park and the beach communities often need a temporary no-parking permit or a driveway plan for the truck. We advise on the loading plan when we see the address.
Military and PCS timing

How long does a local move take?
A studio or one-bedroom usually takes three to four hours, a two-bedroom four to six hours, and a three-bedroom house six to nine hours, depending on stairs, elevators, walking distance to the truck and how much is packed before the crew arrives.
