Want us to load it? Our own crew can

One Stop's own movers load or pack your container for $139 an hour with two movers, with a 3-hour minimum. Add them when you reserve and we schedule the crew around your delivery. These containers are rented, delivered and loaded by One Stop Moving & Storage, a licensed San Diego mover since 2008 at 6260 Marindustry Dr STE B, San Diego, CA 92121. Call (858) 633-8600.

Our own crew, not a referral

The people who load your container work for One Stop Moving & Storage. Our crews are W-2 employees, not subcontractors, and One Stop has moved San Diego households since 2008 under CAL-190616 and USDOT 1956864, with $1M in liability insurance.

That means one company handles the whole job. The business that delivers your container also sends the crew that fills it, and answers for both, rather than handing you a list of moving companies to call.

The crew can load what you have already boxed, or pack it for you first. The hourly rate is the same for loading and for packing. The container sits at ground level, so there is no ramp for the crew to work around.

Booking loading help

  1. 01

    Add it when you reserve

Tick loading help in the price calculator when you reserve. It books two movers; if you want three or four, or packing too, say so when the office confirms or call (858) 633-8600.

  2. 02

We schedule the crew with delivery

When the office confirms your reservation, it books the crew around your delivery date. Tell us roughly how many rooms are going in and about any stairs or long walks from the door to the driveway.

  3. 03

The crew loads, you lock it

The movers pack and load the container while you point out what goes where. When they finish, you close the doors and lock it, and the container stays, goes to our facility or moves on as you planned. A move is one $150 round trip, the same charge as delivery, and a container kept at our facility stays on its monthly rate.

How much does loading help for a storage container cost?

Loading help costs $139 an hour for two movers, $189 for three and $239 for four, with a 3-hour minimum on every booking. The same rates apply if you want the crew to pack as well. It is separate from the monthly rate and the one-time $150 delivery and pickup charge.

Employees. Our crews are W-2 employees of One Stop Moving & Storage, not subcontractors or a referral service. One Stop has been a licensed mover in San Diego since 2008, operating under CAL-190616 and USDOT 1956864, and carries $1M in general liability insurance for our handling of the job.

Can you load the container and move it to my new home?

Yes, within San Diego County. Our crew loads it at $139 an hour for two movers, with a 3-hour minimum, and we can carry the sealed container to your new address anywhere in the county. Moving a container between addresses is one $150 round trip.
