Is One Stop cheaper than PODS in San Diego?
We can’t say from public numbers, because PODS doesn’t publish San Diego prices; it quotes online. One Stop’s monthly rent is $99 for a Standard and $175 for a Large on your property. Delivery, pickup and any loading crew are quoted in writing before you book, so you can compare totals.

What do I need for a container delivery in San Diego?
About 30 feet of clearance for the delivery truck and a level spot for the container. On private property you usually don’t need a permit. On the street, the City of San Diego requires a Traffic Control Permit, and HOAs may have their own rules.

Your own homeowner’s or renter’s insurance covers the contents. Check your policy with your insurer before you load.
Do I need a permit for a container in San Diego?
Usually not on your own property. On a City of San Diego street you need a Traffic Control Permit: $87.68 a week plus an $87.68 processing fee (Information Bulletin 718).
